Even though I am almost a fanatic at sticking to my monthly spending plan, Richard Jenkins’ 60% Solution is a brilliant and simple approach for those of you who might not be as compulsive about things as I am. (But I have to be somewhat compulsive. Since I work in the non-profit sector, I’m not exactly pulling a six-figure income.)
