Life After College
June 10th, 2006 | by Molly's Brother |There was a great article in today’s Los Angeles Times that detailed a program at Santa Clara University that aims to give students the tools to live during their life after college. These types of classes are becoming increasingly popular across the country–teaching students anything from wine tasting, to cooking complicated dinners, to managing your finances.
When I popped open the newspaper this morning, my spirits were buoyed by this article, mostly because that’s exactly what I am trying to do with this blog (financially speaking). I really want to help people who are faced with that “Life After…” reality. It could be “Life After College” or “Life After Bankruptcy” or “Life After Finally Waking Up and Getting Control of My Life.”
Like I have previously said, I am merely a first step. A first–but very important–step.
