CNN Reports: Bankruptcies Are Up

CNN.com reports that bankruptcies are up, despite new and more stringent laws that were passed in October. My question to Americans: What the F are you thinking?
Honestly, I have learned time and time again to manage my life in a manner that I never have to declare bankruptcy. I don’t know why this report disturbs me so much. Perhaps it’s because I have done so much recently in my personal life to figure out how to get a hold of my finances. I’ve never had much debt, but then again I’ve never made much money, either. But the reality still exists: Live within your means.
Wake UP AMERICA! You can’t spend more than you make. If you do, you’ll never realize the American Dream. Ever.
