I saved my user id to use later; emigrant doesn't recognize it. I have emailed and called. One time I tried sending a check to deposit inot my account by mail. It was several weeks after I assumed I was earning interest on the money that my check was returned. They said I could only deposit through my bank. I neve have figured out how to do it. I asked them for help, but they keep sending me generic info. So, I can't get online, can't get specific help through the email. They send me letters showing that I am earning interest. The way we work it out is I pay more (not all) of the small bills and we split 50-50 the cost of rent. He has school loans which I do not contribute to however I pay for most of our food.
